Role Purpose:
Lead and drive the supply chain processes for compounding across the Borouge value chain, including support function, in order to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Contribute to strategy development and implementation. Manage and develop people, processes and tools to achieve business priorities and plans across the value chain for the Compounding plant
The key roles of this position are to make sure that the right products are produced in the right time and at the right quantity in order to meet the customer's requirements in the highly demanding automotive industry.
The incumbent has to make sure that the right SAP configurations set up to support the plant overall planning and control functionality running effective and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
稥valuate supply strategy, policies and procedures and take necessary corrective actions
稤rive continuous process improvement of the planning function in the plant
稤evelop organization and people in order to build successful teams.
稤irect and control the operational activities in compounding facilities to achieve the business priorities and plans within the Supply Chain framework.
稥nsure that the Business Plans for compounding are converted into cost effective short, medium and long term Supply Plans.
稴ecure that the right materials are available at the right locations according to agreed plans.
稩n co-operation with asset management ensure that finished goods and raw material inventories are optimized in order to minimize the working capital.
種etwork effectively across the Supply Chain Management team and with key business, asset and operational units.
稡e responsible for the short term / medium term and long term production capacity planning
稡e responsible for the warehousing and logistics management with the support from LSP - Agility
稡e responsible to make sure that the production are in line with the agreed plan
稡e responsible for monitoring relevant KPIs development and corrective actions if any deviation
稡e a key person of the Plant Management team member
Requirements:
稥ngineering or Business Administration or related Degree as a minimum.
稭inimum 8 years experience in commercial, business, operations or supply chain environment especially on Planning function
稴trong business Acumen
稥xperience with overall ERP system especially on SAP (SAP APO - SNP preferred)
稴trong numerical, analytical and organizational skills
稴trong communication and network and interpersonal skill
