Job Description
1. Strengthen compound know-how within company, to fully support value engineering on cable design & raw material applications.
2. Advise compound selection for internal various product certifications application such as UL, VDE, BS...
3. Review all existing compound vs custom requirement.
4. Optimizes all existing compound vs value engineering & custom requirement.
5. Internal technical training on compound for related department/ staff.
6. Lead internal various product certifications application project such as UL, VDE, BS…
7. Internal technical training on certificate application for related department/ staff.
8. Assist purchasing department & engineering department to update all compound purchasing policy & RFQ.
9. Assist quality department to optimize all test equipment compound related, on equipment model/ method…
10. Frequent travelling required:
Requirements
1. Bachelors Degree or above with a major in Material.
2. Minimum 5 years experiences in cable manufacturing's plastic material research and development.
3. Familiar with domestic and International standard of cable plastic
4. Familiar with domestic and International standard of LAN and electronic data cable as a plus
5. Very good English speaking and writing ability, Germany or other language is preferred.
这个我去面试过了，待遇很好，可惜我的英语和对电线电缆的了解不够没有得到这个职位，
