还是广东的人才多.很少看到这种大气魄的招人的.除了MD下属一个单位.

JE的HR是无孔不入,相信里论坛里的许多兄弟都被电过.

但听说许多这样的企业好像在圈里并不具有诱惑力.

各位大侠证实一下..

 

怎么没有见广东这边的企业招人？前段时间收到青岛海尔新材料的招聘电话，可惜我在广东买房了

  楼上的兄弟跟我一样郁闷啊。你还只是说明是在广东买房了。我可是在南海买房了，除了佛山地区，其他地方一律不让我考虑，这更郁闷

现在我们部门人手不足

急需招聘一名Technician

要会使用双螺杆挤出机（或者单螺杆挤出机、混合机、密炼机等，不要求全会，但是至少要会一样），

大专以上学历,

有一年两年工作经验就可以了，

英语不作硬性要求，接着翻译软件能看懂邮件就可以了

由于名额问题，暂时只能以Contract形式签约

后续（大约半年或一年后）转正为Do*的正式员工

待遇面议（个人估计在3000-6000之间，具体多少看自己的本事）

R&D Engineer

 

GENERAL Responsibility

 

1.         Implement R&D projects and deliver results to improve quality, process efficiency, safety, cost and trade leadership  

2.         Optimize process conditions and develop procedures to improve existing operation performance

3.         Responsible for key equipment / components design and modification to improve operation efficiency on Polymerization and Spinning

3. Develop new product to meet identified customer needs and conduct thorough plant test
4. Develop new quality control methods/ Specifications / Equipments for raw material, packaging, process efficiency, and end product qualification
5. Assists prove out for new product development
6. Assists in developing standard operating procedures
7. Assists in investigating product quality complaints from our customers
8. Assists in training and development of technicians and operators
9. Key contributor to MBM?culture implementation
10. Key contributor to IP control when working with JV
11. Provide third level support to operations for day to day product and quality issues
12. Contributor to the Process Safety Management system

 

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1.       Complete R&D key bets in time and deliver expected results

2.       Provide technical support to global technology initiatives in Asia Pacific region.

3.       Participate in investigating trade quality complaints and make recommendations for corrective actions.

4.        Provide Technology Support to Prove Out at Customers’ site as appropriate.

5.       Liaise with external vendors, customers and/or contractors for technical issues.

6.       Provide third level technical support to Operations to resolve Production and Quality issues in a timely manner.

7.       Provide technology support to joint ventures, sister sites and third party contracting work.

8.       Lead plant test for process improvement items and new product development.

9.      Review with Operation on Standard Operating Conditions (SOCs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on process change

10.   Provide new specifications and test methods for Raw Materials, Packaging, Process Control and Final Products qualification.

11.   Provide relevant training to Operations and Maintenance

12.   Participate/Lead in Safety Subcommittee work and other safety activities including safety audits and safety investigation.

13.   Participate actively in AP technology and Site Networks

14.   Participate in Global Manufacturing Technology Networks and activities.

15.   Other adhoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.  

16.   Responsible for individual compliance initiatives

1.      Strengthen compound know-how within company, to fully support value engineering on cable design & raw material applications.

2.      Advise compound selection for internal various product certifications application such as UL, VDE, BS...

3.      Review all existing compound vs custom requirement.

4.      Optimizes all existing compound vs value engineering & custom requirement.

5.      Internal technical training on compound for related department/ staff.

6.      Lead internal various product certifications application project such as UL, VDE, BS…

7.      Internal technical training on certificate application for related department/ staff.

Requirements

1.      Bachelors Degree or above with a major in Material.

2.      Minimum 5 years experiences in cable manufacturing's plastic material research and development.

5.      Very good English speaking and writing ability, Germany or other language is preferred.
